After braving the supermarkets we decided we needed a treat on Friday afternoon, so we called in at Otter’s Deli on Mill Street, Oakham for a late lunch.
I didn’t intend to make a Margarita Cake, the plan was a Green Fairy with Absinthe, but alas… Tesco failed me (again) as they had no Absinthe. So, with limes sat waiting it seemed the sensible thing would be to substitute the Absinthe with Tequila and make a Margarita Cake…
